Bredenbury Primary School offers your child an unparalleled educational experience.

Set in the breath taking rural setting of Herefordshire, we are approximately three miles south of the historic market town of Bromyard, and within easy reach of Leominster. The school is located just off the A44 in the village of Bredenbury.

The school was founded in 1874 and some of our parents and grandparents came here as pupils. Our grounds include a specially commissioned outdoor adventure playground, wildflower shrub gardens and a school field with a sleeping dragon and dragon’s nest. We also have a school pond, which we stock and maintain ourselves.

We believe that every child is unique and our broad, exciting curriculum reflects this. We are proud of our reputation for ensuring that every child is treated as an individual, and are committed to building good relationships with everyone who steps through our doors. We welcome children from 4 – 11 years.

We believe that parental involvement in all aspects of school life is important and therefore we strongly encourage parents to take an active role in their child’s education. We are proud to be known as a small, friendly, dynamic school and welcome parents into school at all times.

Working in partnership is central to our success. In addition to a dedicated staff team, we have a very strong Governing Body and a highly supportive PTA (Parent Teacher Association). We believe that working together for the benefit of every child is the key to our success.

Our commitment to working collaboratively extends into the Bromyard area, as we are part of The Bromyard Federation Of School (EfB) whose aims are to enhance education for all pupils in the area.
